A pre-holiday respite! You give a LOT. All day, every day. It's highly likely that you know quite well the feeling of being emotionally and physically drained. It's quite possible you also know you need to up your self-care game but you don't know how. We feel depleted because we've been so busy taking care of everyone else that we've neglected ourselves. This program is designed to give you the gift of you. To take time for yourself, to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit and to enter into the holiday season with a renewed perspective and commitment to not forget the importance of taking exceptional care of yourself. It's not about sacrificing ourselves to help others, it's about filling ourselves so much that we are giving to others from our abundance.

Stress reduction practices for busy people
How mindfulness can bring calm to your life

- One additional hour CE if lunch and learn session offered/attended
-Breakfast (Saturday and Sunday), lunch (Saturday), refreshments, and snacks are included
-Digital proceedings are provided via USB
*This program will be submitted (but is not yet approved) for continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize RACE approval, and will also be submitted for approval by the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
