Through this four-part series, Certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist and Life Coach, Julie Squires, will share actionable and concrete steps for overcoming challenges like perfectionism, imposter syndrome, compassion fatigue, and burnout. She’ll also explain what “work-life balance” really means and walk viewers through a simple process for goal-setting

As you complete each video in this four-part series, you’ll be guided through the course’s companion workbook, provided with your registration!

For the best learning experience, we recommend progressing sequentially through Part One, Part Two, Part Three, and Part Four. Register for one at a time, or all at once. The choice is yours!  

Part Three: Discover Your Self-Care Language (2 videos, 2 credit hours, PLUS a bonus guided meditation video)

In this segment, you will learn to think of and treat yourself as you would a good friend. Hear how the historical socialization of women in particular has led to feelings of self-doubt and mistrust. Learn how to practice self-compassion, hear how other people in your same roles are also feeling, and create an inventory of your current self-care routines. Don’t have any? That’s ok! Julie will share lots of ideas for getting started!

Plus – enjoy a guided meditation practice, which you can return to as many times as you wish!

As a Certified Compassion Fatigue Specialist and Certified Life Coach, Julie provides critically important mental health support to the veterinary community. Julie leads a weekly podcast, called “Rekindling”, provides transformative wellness workshops across the country, and helps members of the veterinary community individually through one-on-one coaching.
